The Switcher

This is a handy feature borrowed from the popular MacOSX - press F10 or move your mouse to the very bottom left of the screen (in my config) and all your windows will zoom out and arrange themselves nicely for you to choose from. Has a nice animation, and is much easier than alt+tabbing.

I wish I could get my damn graphic card to work properly in Linux...damn you ATI!

Drool..
Yeah, the NVidia drivers for linux rock. Mmmm... I love my XGL. I'll add some screenies of my Brushed Metal OSX config later.
Screenshot number 1 is absolutely awesome. But I think you should use some other icon theme - Tango looks out of place.
Hmmm... I like Tango, and it seems to be fine with the theme... but personal taste :P
What did you do to set up the opacity?
